Remembering Seth Rosen
Posted August 02, 2012 in eNews
An extensive community of social justice advocates, organizers, musicians and friends and family mourns the unexpected passing of Seth Rosen, who chaired our board of directors. He was an incredibly smart, passionate, and effective advocate for workers, and cared deeply about the issues that drive Policy Matters. Read our director Amy Hanauer’s tribute to Seth for the Nation magazine’s Lived History section.
Seth’s memorial service will be Saturday, August 4, at 1 p.m. at the West Shore Unitarian Universalist Church (20401 Hilliard Blvd.) in Rocky River, OH. The Communication Workers of America, where Seth was vice president of District 4, has set up an organizing fund in his honor – to contribute, send checks to Annie Hill, Secretary-Treasurer, 501 Third Street NW, Washington, DC 20001.
