Cuts to schools statewide, including the loss of federal stimulus dollars, total $1.8 billion, while local governments lost just over $1 billion. The site provides a state map linked to county-level data, and compares appropriations in the prior budget (fiscal years 2010-11) with the current budget (fiscal years 2012-13).
